The First Lady, via the Angel of Hope Foundation, has led youth empowerment / stay-in-school

Angel of Hope Foundation worked with Plan International and Scholastica to run life-skills training,
debates, quizzes, and capacity building for students.

The First Lady opened a drug rehabilitation centre (Mbare) under Angel of Hope
•
Anti-drug campaigns, mobilising public messaging around “not anymore” for youth substance abuse.
•
Epworth soap-making training for women (including youth) to generate income.
•
Mobilised resources to rebuild schools and homesteads damaged by weather disasters
•
Mobile health /e-health outreach supports youth well-being (especially in marginalized areas)
